Track Your Shipment from China to Australia

Where Your Tracking Number Comes From

When to Contact Us

Spotyard provides real-time shipment tracking for every order we manage from China to Australia. Enter your Spotyard order number, container number, master Bill of Lading (MBL) or Air Waybill (AWB) and we will show you the latest milestone: factory pickup, container loading, vessel departure, port-of-discharge arrival, customs clearance, and final delivery.

Tracking covers the full DDP journey — including the legs that ordinary freight-forwarder portals hide. You will see when goods leave the supplier, when they consolidate at our China warehouse, when the vessel sails (with live ETA updates), when the container is unloaded in Australia, when ABF clearance is finalised, and when the truck is dispatched for last-mile delivery.

Your tracking number is provided in your booking confirmation email and inside your Spotyard dashboard. Container imports also have a globally unique container number you can verify against any shipping line’s public tracker. Air freight uses an 11-digit AWB.

If a milestone is overdue or your tracking has not updated in more than 48 hours during transit, contact our operations team. We have direct relationships with the major shipping lines and can confirm vessel position, transhipment status, or port congestion delays beyond what the public trackers show.
