Spotyard Logistics operates offices in Australia and China, and we welcome enquiries from importers, exporters and businesses considering sourcing products from Chinese suppliers. Our bilingual team responds in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese during Australian business hours and provides after-hours support for urgent shipments.
Our Australian office is located in Williamstown North, Melbourne (VIC 3016). This is also our primary warehouse and 3PL fulfilment centre. Our China office is in Zhongshan, Guangdong — the centre of southern China’s manufacturing belt — putting us within a few hours of Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan and Guangzhou factories.
We aim to respond to all quote requests within one business day and to general enquiries within two business days. For urgent shipment matters, existing clients can reach our operations team directly through their account manager or via the dashboard chat.
When contacting us about a quote or new project, please include: the product (with photos or specifications if possible), origin port or factory location, destination address in Australia, target volume or container size, preferred Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP), and any deadline or seasonality. The more detail you share, the more accurate our first quote can be.
