To prepare an accurate quote we need: a description of the goods (with HS code if known), commercial value, total volume (CBM) or weight, origin location in China (city or port), destination address in Australia, your preferred service mode (sea FCL, sea LCL, air, courier), and any deadline or special handling requirements.
After you submit, you can track the status of your RFQ on the public tracking page or, if you have an account, in your dashboard. Once a quote is issued you can accept it directly to convert it into a booking, or chat with our team to fine-tune the scope before committing.
