The Spotyard Connect page is for suppliers, logistics partners and affiliates who want to work with us. We are always looking for verified Chinese manufacturers, additional Australian customs brokers, regional last-mile carriers, and complementary service providers (3PL, packaging, finance) to expand our network and improve service for clients.
Chinese suppliers can apply to be added to our preferred-supplier network. We particularly welcome factories with verified export experience to Australia, the ability to provide compliance documentation (electrical, gas, RCM marks), and competitive pricing on consumer goods, building materials, electronics and homewares.
Australian customs brokers, freight forwarders, fulfilment centres, regional couriers and other logistics partners can apply to join our partner network. We sub-contract clearance and last-mile work where it makes sense for our clients, and we are open to capacity-sharing relationships in both directions.
Affiliates and referral partners — accountants, business advisors, e-commerce consultants, sourcing agents and trade associations — can earn referral commissions for introducing importers to Spotyard. Our affiliate program pays on first booking and recurring commissions on long-term clients.
After you submit a Connect application, our partnerships team reviews it within two business days. Successful applicants receive onboarding documentation, a partner portal login, and an introduction to the relevant Spotyard team for ongoing collaboration.
