Palletised porcelain tiles pack at roughly 0.03 CBM per sqm, so a 20ft container maxes out at about 1,050–1,100 sqm (its ~33 CBM usable volume fills just before the ~26 tonne weight limit); full-container orders typically land at AUD 12–22 per sqm delivered depending on grade, versus AUD 30–60 at Australian tile retailers. Compliance is critical for residential building products. We only work with suppliers who can provide the right Australian certifications: AS/NZS standards for plumbing fixtures, WaterMark for water-using products, RCM compliance for electrical, and gas-appliance certification where required.
