We invoice in AUD and accept bank transfer (PayID, BSB+Account) and credit card (1.8% surcharge). All supplier payments are routed through Spotyard so you never wire money to China.

For Lamps & Lighting, expect 0–5% import duty (most categories under ChAFTA are duty-free with a Certificate of Origin) plus 10% GST on the CIF value + duty + freight. All orders are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. Damage in transit is covered by marine insurance (included in CIF/DDP quotes).
