Yes. We strongly recommend ordering 1–3 samples first to verify quality, finish and dimensions. Sample cost is usually credited back against your first bulk order. Air freight to Australia takes 5–8 business days; we handle customs for samples too.

For LED Lighting, expect 0–5% import duty (most categories under ChAFTA are duty-free with a Certificate of Origin) plus 10% GST on the CIF value + duty + freight. All orders are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. Damage in transit is covered by marine insurance (included in CIF/DDP quotes). If you receive a defective batch, send us photos within 14 days — we negotiate replacement, credit, or refund directly with the factory on your behalf at no extra fee.
